Further string East winds again and at first light once again there were good numbers of Song Thrushes and Robins present. Also today a movement of Meadow Pipits and Chaffinches throughout the morning with a minimum of 50 of both species. On the golf course our first recorded Mistle Thrush of the year but no sign of the Wigeon on Longis pond. The Starling flock was around Longis Common most of the day and now numbers about 220 birds. A Grey Wagtail was seen over Mannez.

Ringing in Mannez was again the only option given the winds and 40 new birds were ringed. Again Robin featured with 23 new birds. Also ringed were 6 Song Thrushes, 4 Blackbirds, 1 Goldcrest, 1 Firecrest, 2 Blackcaps, 1 Chiffchaff and a late Grasshopper Warbler.
