Today our very good run of foreign ringed birds this month continued with a Belgium ringed Redwing.
Fewer thrushes and finches moving through but an upsurge in Starlings with an estimated 1420 passing over the census area this morning. Other highlights today, our first Yellow-browed Warbler of the year found by assistant warden Matt this morning and later 4 Purple Sandpipers on the high tide roost.
